We offer International delivery on all originals and prints. 

Unframed Prints and works on paper

Unframed prints will rolled and sent via courier in cylindrical packaging and our shipping prices include shipping, packaging and insurance.  We try our hardest where possible to reuse packing material, we want to make sure that as a business we are as sustainable as possible. So please note that whilst your package will always be wrapped correctly with the utmost care, it will not always be in brand new packaging as we try to recycle packaging where we can. Doing our bit for the planet! 

 

Framed Prints and Originals

Shipping costs of framed prints and originals is calculated on a case by case basis. As the size, weight and destination country of each purchased work will vary, if you'd like a quote before you buy please do get in touch.  

 

Duties/Tax

Please note that when shipping outside the UK import duties may apply and be charged on delivery of the artwork. North Coast Asylum is not responsible for import duties and tax, this is an additional cost to the buyer. It is also the buyers responsibility to make sure the works are imported to the destination country legally.  

North Coast Asylum is not liable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with our couriers. Please note that any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day. All deliveries are treated with importance and we will aim to deliver you artwork to you on time. However we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels. Please contact us as soon as you can with any problems. 

Please note however, that once a package is labelled as ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service, NCA cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen purchases.

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns, as our artwork is faithfully represented online. If you are at all unsure about buying a work please contact us. We will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.

We may modify these Conditions of Sale as well as any other terms, conditions or information on the Site by posting such changes on the Site. By making an offer to purchase any Work or participating in any sale, you accept and agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale and any other policies, guidelines, requirements that we post elsewhere on NCA from time to time, including NCA Terms of Use..

 

THE SITE

The Site is a platform for the exhibition and sale of artwork and other property. All buyers on the Site must be able to form binding contracts under applicable law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. In order to make a purchase, NCA may use the services of third parties. We reserve the right to withdraw the Work from the Site at any time without any liability whatsoever for the withdrawal. Unless agreed otherwise in writing between you and us, we are not responsible to the buyer in any way with respect to the exhibition or sale of any Work on the Site.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & CONTENT

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights used on the site, and in the material published on or in them.  Those works are protected by various intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws, and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may not download extracts or copies of any page(s) from the site. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the content on the site for any purposes including any commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

If you print off, copy or download any part of the site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

The content on the site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional/specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the site. If you are a consumer user, please note that we only provide the site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the site or to your downloading of any content on them, or on any website linked to them.

We assume no responsibility for the content of websites or apps linked on the site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites or apps. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

 

TAXES

The buyer is responsible for paying all sales, use, VAT or other taxes or charges imposed by law (e.g., a resale royalty) which may be imposed in connection with the sale of the Work that we are required to collect under applicable law and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) NCA from costs associated with any failure to do so. Any shipping tax, city tax or duties are the responsibility of the buyer only. By purchasing work you are agreeing to this responsibility. 

 

PACKING, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are not responsible for any act or omission of any packer, shipper or common carrier in the packing or shipping of the Work. Please note, that once a package is labelled as ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service, NCA cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen purchases.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as provided for in the Certificate of Authenticity that accompanies the Work, neither NCA nor any of our past, present or future direct and indirect parents, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, related companies, partners, beneficiaries make any representation of warranty or assume any liability whatsoever with respect to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, description, size, quality, condition, attribution, authenticity, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibition history, literature or historical relevance of the Work, and no information regarding the Work provided on the Site, in a receipt of sale or elsewhere will constitute any such warranty of assumption of liability. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in any information on the Site or elsewhere regarding the Work. The Work is sold “AS IS.” We do not warrant that the buyer will acquire any copyright or other reproduction right to the Work.
